My PowerFresh Slim Steam Mop is hot to touch

• Unit heats up internally and can feel very warm to the touch on the white plastic - Avoid touching this area when steam mop is plugged in
• When removing the metal wand and tools from pod, press "pause" button to prevent accidentally pressing trigger and let spray tips cool down
• • Caution: Excess steam may emit from spray tips while cooling down

Make sure the nozzle tips are cool when removing and attaching tools 

• Let pad cool down before removing or replacing

• If the plastic is deformed near the heater of the machine, please contact BISSELL Consumer Care
