What to do if your PowerFresh Slim Steam Mop has no power
- Unplug the machine
- Check the power cord for damage
- If there is damage, please contact BISSELL Consumer Care
- Make sure the unit is plugged into a functional outlet - Try using an alternate outlet
- Check to see if there are any lights on the touch pad controls
- If there are lights, refer to the No Steam troubleshooting
- If the machine still does not turn on, please contact BISSELL Consumer Care
